The building process is simpler than you think when you build with urbo homes!

	urbo homes will meet with you on site and collate site specific details for consideration in the design of your new home such as building covenants, zoning, land contours, the availability of services, vistas, sun, light, climate etc.
	Together we review and discuss your new home and establish your budget and wish list.  Our Architectural Designer will use this information to design your home that will be special to you.
	A Scheme plan of your new home is drawn and a detailed schedule collated of the product and materials included in your new home. We will present to you the Scheme Plan and Schedule of Materials. At confirmation of the Scheme Plan the working drawings are commenced.
	The Building Consultant  will meet with you to present the Working Drawings. The Working Drawings and Building Contract are signed, Resource Consent, Building Consents, Construction Insurance and 7 year Master Build Guarantees are lodged.
	A meeting with our urbo homes Colour Consultant will assist in making colour and décor decisions for your new home. A pre construction client interview with the urbo homes Operations Manager provides a further opportunity to discuss in detail the building process of your new home.
	Begin Construction – an on site meeting between you, the Operations Manager and the builder will confirm the positioning of your new home on the section.
	Construction of your home  - floor down, frames and roof, house closed in, internal linings and fit-out. urbo homes will project manage the entire construction of your new home.
	Communications with urbo homes include regular phone calls and site meetings with the Operations Manager, providing an opportunity to have any queries answered.
	A Certified Building Inspector will perform inspections throughout construction to ensure the work is being carried out in accordance with the Building Code and the Building Consent issued. On final completion of the house the Building Inspector makes a final inspection and a “Code of Compliance Certificate” is issued.
	House Handover – We hand over the keys to your new home and it is now time for you to enjoy and live your lifestyle.
